I've also done a few hypnosis sessions with a British guy focused around working out and submission; the last one was about a month ago. He's been contacting me every few days, telling me how excited he is about doing another hypnosis session with me, and showing off the progress from his workouts. He told me that he should be able to afford another session with me in the next few days, so that should be coming up soon! Ah, more hypnotized muscle men... I love my job.

Actually, "excited" might be an understatement. Once I had @Slimsub in trance, he was rock-hard and leaking pre-cum while I told his subconscious how much he loves working out, how good it feels to push his body to the limit, how much he likes feeling his body work hard and get stronger. I told him that working out would strengthen his mind as well, reducing his anxiety and boosting his confidence. I think he really appreciated that, and he was clearly accepting the suggestions eagerly.

Earlier today, I did a session with @Slimsub which also focused on working out. He told me that he was impressed and inspired by the work I've done with @bjmaniaczq, and he wants me to do that to him as well. I've done several hypnosis sessions with @Slimsub in the past, but they were mostly focused on hypnotherapy rather than implanting suggestions and commands. I told him that this would be very different from the sessions that we've done in the past, and he said he was excited to try it!

After some casual conversation with @CMHlthr on videochat, I said his trigger phrase, and he sank deep into trance. I gave him some suggestions to work out regularly and enjoy working out, and used a pleasure trigger to reinforce those suggestions. Hypnosis, repetition, and pleasure form a *potent* combination, and I enjoy seeing the way it affects him. I also reinforced some of the other triggers I've been feeding him for years, which are pretty well ingrained in his mind at this point.

Saturday, I did an impromptu hypnosis session with @CMHlthr. We met a few years ago at M4M Hypnocon (hypnocon.com), and we've done hypnosis sessions off and on since then. He's a *very* good subject, and he goes under instantly for me whenever I say his trigger phrase. He likes hypnotically-induced workouts, and they work really well for him, so I decided to give him some... "encouragement" to work out more.

Fortunately, @bjmaniaczq seems to be really happy with these hypnosis sessions in general, and the results speak for themselves. He told me that he's been doing his workouts consistently, like a good muscle beast, and I can see his body growing in all the right ways. I also like the way that he and I are growing closer, getting to know each other better. He's a good guy, and I hope we get to meet in person at some point.

Friday was @bjmaniaczq, and he already tooted about it yesterday. He likes the way I'm getting more aggressive with him, and pushing him more and more. However, sometimes I push him in a direction that he doesn't like, and it sounds like that happened in our session on Tuesday. I'm really glad he told me! I spent a fair amount of time on Friday making sure that he was comfortable with me, rebuilding trust, and making sure that he liked the direction we were going in.

Hypnotic workout motivation seems to be very popular right now! I've done three hypnosis sessions in three days focused on that theme: one with @bjmaniaczq, one with @CMHlthr, and one with @Slimsub. All of them went really well! I like helping guys get stronger and more fit 💪

I am looking forward to the next session with @HairyHypnotist. They seem to get better each and every time! No telling what he will add next 😈 (and I welcome it!).

I am interested in his perspective of this last session ... so I hope he will add something soon.

The thing that was most interesting in this last session is that in the prior session, I believe I tried to look at @HairyHypnotist during my session, but at the end of it, I was able to do so. This past session, he actually had me turn my head to look at him and while I was somewhat aware that I was looking at him, he did this earlier in the session so I could connect more with him as I don't recall what he was saying, but, I do remember looking at him in the session. It seemed effective.

If there is something that @HairyHypnotist hits upon that I am not comfortable with, it will either bring me out of trance a little, or I will remember them and am able to talk about them after the session. I promised him I would let him know what the issues are so that he is free to be aggressive with me in the sessions (which is what I want him to do).

I have become quite fond of @HairyHypnotist and am still looking forward to meeting him someday as a friend and/or a live session - or both :). My workouts are doing well, I am driven and he has found a way to start working on other things in my life (he knows what they are). It is working. I am, of course, a willing participant and we have agreed to adjust to things that I am not comfortable with.

I had another session with @HairyHypnotist yesterday. It seems that every time he does a session with me, he gets me a little deeper and, I suppose, he's planting things in my mind. The deeper I go, the fuzzier the session, so that I recall less of this session as before, I am assuming that he took me very deep. I'm not sure he can get me to go any deeper, but I'm very interested to see if he can.

@HairyHypnotist I am anxious to see what you do to (and for) me tomorrow .... 😈

@HairyHypnotist I didn't realize it, but I guess I really did need to talk to you. I didn't want to bother you, but ... you made time and I thank you for that. I agree, being friends makes the sessions stronger, more intense, more meaningful. Making it personal seems to do the trick for me and I am thankful that you are in my life!

@HairyHypnotist So, I wanted to thank you A LOT for speaking with me the other day. I was giving you some feedback, but I didn't expect that you would have time and that you would take the time to speak to me. Being able to talk to you helped me ... and, yes, you are right ... working out helped more. I consider you a friend. A very good one ... we have a bond now that I would think would be very difficult to break now. Very strong and I really appreciated the time.

Had another session with @bjmaniaczq earlier today. I can tell that I'm affecting him more and more with every hypnosis session we do, and it's fun to have that kind of control. We've also been chatting a bit more outside of hypnosis, and I've enjoyed building that connection, as well.

The session was more repetition of the same suggestions: working out, submission, and using that submission and sense of focus to drive an even stronger motivation to work out and get more fit. Even though the content of all these sessions are all pretty similar, I find fun ways to mix it up and vary the trances, which makes it easier to avoid boredom -- both for @bjmaniaczq, and for me.

I chatted with @bjmaniaczq a few hours after the sessions, and he told me that he feels like I'm *finally* as deep in his head as he wants me to be, and he hears my voice pushing and motivating him when he's at the gym. We've gone really far in a short time, and I'm excited to see how he will look once his body has the time to catch up to his new, highly-motivated workout routine!

Did another session with @bjmaniaczq, and things continue to go well. I'm very deep in his mind at this point, and I continued focusing on working out, obedience, and confidence. I discovered last time that his subconscious mind responds really well to a bit of swearing and aggression, so I dug a little deeper into that idea this time.
